Summary
The goal of Google Search 3rd party ecosystem team is to provide users with content-froward, relevant and actionable experiences by enabling the ecosystem to structure, brand and add rich results on the Google search result page and Google Assistant.
In close collaboration with Eng and PM, I lead the UX strategy to re-imagine the future of Google Search & Assistant, and grow 3P ecosystem engagement, so that users can accomplish various tasks smoothly right on Search.
In addition to driving the design vision and support the teams’ day-to-day design needs, I also lead the service design of an early adoption program for 3P participation for launching these innovative features, including detailed design guidelines, application, feedback, review, approval and launch process. I also established the UX process from scratch being the first full time UXer on the team.
