Background
Google Display & Video 360(DV3) is a key product under the Google Marketing Platform product suite. It enables marketers to manage their Ad campaigns across display, video, TV, audio, and other channels, all in one place. It is organized around 5 integrated modules that work together: Campaigns, Audiences, Creatives, Inventory, and Insights.
Impact
I led a 5 ppl UX team(4 designers + 1 researcher), collaborated with PM & Eng to envision a product strategy and drove this vision to launch. We launched a complete redesign of the current product, brought in a new group of users into the platform, and made Creative module profitable for the first time. We also filed patents for the new and innovative UI.
